- You must contact us within 14 days of the start of the project to request a refund.
- You must clearly explain why you are not satisfied with our services.
- We must have had a chance to address your concerns and provide a solution. If we are unable to do so, we will provide a full refund.
Digital Goods:
We also sell digital goods on our website. Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer refunds unless there is a technical problem with the product that we are unable to resolve. If you are experiencing technical difficulties with one of our digital products, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. If we are unable to do so, we will provide a full refund within 14 days of the purchase.
